Document Collection
Document review/ evolution
- Review of documentation to determine if any items outstanding or if clarification required
- Third-party documentation collection (i.e. references, transcript, credentials assessments if applicable)
File Review
A Qualified File Reviewer reviews:
- Education/ training
- Work experience
- Work samples (if required)
- Self-declared competencies
- References
Admin Staff then notifies the applicant:
- They have met the basic requirements of their application category
- Permission to proceed to exam
Examinations
Examination(s) are completed
- Successful completion of the CTTAM Professional Practice & Ethics (PP&E) examination
Register
Decision
- Registrar notified the applicant that application is approved
- Application fee is requested
- CTTAM sends certification and seal
- Registrar places applicant on the register
Applicant may be:
- Rejected
- Limits and conditions may be placed on the applicant's registration
- Recommended for lower level of certification
- Granted
